Our HILLSIDE label is reserved for the wines that are crafted with at least 60% of grapes from our family owned and operated vineyard. It is situated at 650m altitude in the ranges on the Western side of Mudgee and its management is guided by organic and sustainable principles. Established in 1983, we have planted new varieties in the recent years and are working through a multi-year rejuvenation process for the established vines with the objective of producing the highest quality of premium grapes.

Our GRATTAI GROVE range showcases wines we craft from grapes that are sourced from premium quality vineyards in the Mudgee region. This allows us to add varieties based on feedback from our customers and based on the best quality we can source in any given year. In 2025 we added a Riesling and a Pinot Grigio to our portfolio. In addition, we have a new red variety maturing - more about that when we approach bottling in 2026.
