GG CLUB Terms & Conditions

  1. Benefits include discounts on our produce and accommodations; pre-release availability of new wines; exclusive access to small batch or museum releases; free tastings and vineyard walk at our farm when you visit; member specials at certain times of the year, such as additional discounts or access to events. 
  2. The choice is yours. You can change your items with every order and choose different quantities (some availability restrictions might apply). 
  3. Your minimum commitment is 2 orders per membership year with a minimum quantity of 6 bottles per order, and it can be just wine or olive oil or a mix of both.
  4. A stay at one of our accommodations can count in lieu of one of your produce orders.
  5. Accommodation discount applies after a min. spend of $450 with us over the 12 months previous to the date you make your booking. 
  6. Club packages will be sent out every six months from your first club purchase. After the initial 2 orders you can skip for 6 months if you are still stocked up or cancel your membership.
  7. We will contact you at the beginning of your shipment months by email and / or phone. If we don’t receive an updated order within 2 weeks, we will charge and ship your previous choice.
  8. If you skip your order for more than two times in a row, we will automatically remove you from the members’ list, no questions asked. We will keep you on our mailing list though, so you stay informed.
  9. Your credit card information will be securely stored with our payment provider. We cannot see the full details once setup and will destroy any details we might obtain. 
  10. If your credit card expires, we will contact you for updated information. Shipments will only be made after funds are cleared in our accounts.
  11. Standard shipping rates apply per our online store terms & conditions. Currently we apply a flat rate per shipment of $15 within NSW and $20 for other states and territories. We do not ship to the Northern Territory or outside Australia at this stage.
  12. These terms & conditions and list prices might change from time to time, the latest version is always here on our website.
