You can either turn off Hill End Road after the Erudgere sign and enjoy a few causeways and a gravel road through the hills for 8km or you continue until you get to the single lane creek crossing and turn left right after you passed Grattai Creek. Only 2.5km of dirt road from there.

It is cattle and sheep country out here. Watch out for an abundance of wildlife, including plenty of roos, rabbits and birds. Take care if you drive here during twilight or at night - we want you and your cars arrive here undamaged and our animal friends to live happily in their natural habitat!

Our front gate is always open and once on the property, you will find sign posts to both the Hillside Retreat and to Elm’s Den to take you to your  gated accommodation parking.

If you come to visit the homestead please proceed straight ahead along the sheep paddock.
